Do you work on a proposal for Horizon Europe?
The work programmes with calls for the last two years of Horizon Europe have been published, with the first deadlines later this spring. We are aware that a number of LU researchers are currently preparing collaborative applications, either as coordinators or as partners.
To support your writing, Research Services will hold ’writing retreats’ at our premises. At these events, you can work on your proposals for collaborative projects in Horizon Europe in a structured manner and in a calm environment that is free of other distractions. Staff from Research Services will be on hand to answer technical questions regarding your call, or give advice regarding your specific proposal.

- Friday 30 January 2026, 9:00-12:00
- Friday 27 February 2026, 13:00-16:00
Venue: The Spark, Medicon Village, Scheeletorget 2, Lund. Meet at 3rd floor.
This invitation is sent to all researchers that Research Services are aware of are involved in a current collaborative application. Feel free to forward it to colleagues you know are also preparing collaborative Horizon proposals.
