Research Services is pleased to invite you to our support activities for the upcoming ERC Advance Grant 2026 call (deadline 27 August 2026). It is worth noting that significant changes to the application template and the evaluation criteria have been introduced in 2026, so participation in the workshop is recommended even for those researchers who have previously applied for an ERC grant.

Workshop

Research Services invites you to an Advanced Grants workshop on 19 March via Zoom. The workshop is held by Yellow Research and will provide you with an in-depth overview and practical information on the ERC Advanced Grants scheme, as well as deeper understanding of the proposal format and the key issues relating to planning and writing the proposal. The workshop is open for those planning to apply for an ERC Advanced Grant in the upcoming 2026 call, as well as those interested in applying for an ERC grant further on.

Date: Thursday 19 March 2026, between 9.00 – 12.00

Venue: Zoom

Individual Consultations

Research Services offers individual consultations with the same consultancy firm giving the workshop to discuss your CV, the suitability of your project idea for the ERC, and the timing of your proposal. You will need to submit a copy of your CV and a brief summary of your project idea in advance.

Date: 13-14 April, multiple timeslots available

Venue: Zoom

Register for these events by 18 March

You will receive confirmation of your registration and further details on the events after registration has closed.
